NAMEM delegates held a meeting with the management of the Korea Environment Corporation (K-ECO) to discuss the progress and future direction of the ongoing project to install automatic air quality monitoring stations across Ulaanbaatar and the 21 aimags of Mongolia. The meeting focused on reviewing the achievements made to date and outlining the next steps in implementing the project, which represents a significant milestone in Mongolia’s efforts to build a comprehensive and modern environmental monitoring system. The initiative aims to enhance the country’s capacity to monitor air quality in real time and contribute to more effective strategies for reducing air pollution.
